About the performerGérard Lenorman (born in February 1945) is another bright representative of the galaxy of performers and composers who made up the loud glory of the French stage in the 60-80s of the last century. A distinctive feature of this musician from almost all colleagues in the shop is that, despite numerous forty-five and even several long-playing records that were released by him before 1975, they did not gain him great fame either in France or abroad. But on stage, he was luckier. However, a year before that, he hit the nail on the head with his first really popular hit.
La ballade des gens heureux, poems for which were composed by the famous French songwriter Pierre Delanoë. But it should be remembered first of all that the scene that brought the singer wide fame in France and abroad was the legendary Parisian "Olympia". So it turned out that the first disc that really made the name of the artist famous was the Olympia 75 record, recorded at these concerts. And it happens...
